About Our Local Office

The northern Colorado offices are owned and managed by Scott and Jeanne Beethe.  Scott, a native Coloradoan, has over 25 years of health care management experience.  Scott was born and raised in Burlington Colorado as the son of a local physician.  His philosophies about caring for others were fostered by his father as a role model and working in the local hospital, a swing bed facility, and a rehab facility.  He went on to get a Masters degree in Health Administration and has worked in various medically related organizations. 

His wife, Jeanne, is a bachelors prepared registered nurse with a long background in hospice care, home care, senior care and in health care quality improvement.  Jeanne recruits, manages and trains our caregiver staff.  With her professional clinical expertise and knowledge of home care, Right at Home is able to have unique insights into the care needs of our clients and can train our team to respond to changes in their health status.  Her involvement gives families the extra assurance that the care of their loved ones has professional oversight. 

Lisa Loehr is Right at Homes Community Relations Director.  She works with the multitude of senior care services in Northern Colorado to coordinate our services with them.  She also does our free assessments of potential new clients and, thus, you might see her as the first face you get to meet. 

Our administrative team also includes two client coordinators who are integral in the communication among clients, families, and caregives.  Sue Olt is in charge of support services which includes working with clients insurance companies, coordination of notes, billing, and payroll.  Tamara Browneller is in charge of staffing and scheduling our caregivers with our clients.  When you call the office, you will most likely have your call answered by Sue or Tamara.  All of us are part of the Right at Home family because we want to make a more direct difference in the lives of those we serve. Our administrative team and our quality caregiver staff are here to provide a standard of service and care we would want for our own parents.
